The Nigerian security operatives, including police and Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) personnel, today February 21 raided some Bureau De Change (BDC) outlets in the Sabo area in Ibadan, Oyo state.


Sabo, a prominent district in Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, serves as a central hub for currency exchange activities in the region.

 The Nigerian government has strictly announced plans to bar online banks and loan applications from accessing their customers’ contacts or photos from May 31, 2023. UPDATE: WAEC to begin CBT Feb 2024

  The West African Examinations Council says arrangements have been concluded to conduct its 2024 WASSCE for (private candidates) using the Computer Based Test (CBT) platform. This is contained in a statement by the council’s  Acting Head, Pubic Affairs, Mrs Moyosola Adesina, issued on Monday, in Lagos.
